Digital Campaigns Executive

Role Summary


We’re looking for a highly organised and motivated Campaign Executive to join our team and support the delivery of impactful digital campaigns.


This role is ideal for someone early in their campaigning career who is interested in progressive politics and wants to gain hands-on experience working in digital across a range of campaigns and clients. You will support the team across campaign strategy, content development, project coordination, and client work. The role would be best suited to someone who has had some experience of working in campaigns but is eager to learn more about holistic campaign management, and working with clients to deliver on exciting and engaging projects.


Working closely with Campaign Managers and the wider team, you will help turn communications strategies into effective digital campaigns, contribute creative ideas, and ensure projects run smoothly from planning through to delivery.


Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Strategy & Planning

  • Support the development of campaign plans and strategies, helping identify client needs and objectives

  • Contribute to messaging development and narrative framing for digital campaigns

  • Help translate communications strategies into actionable digital campaign activities

  • Support the development of proposals and campaign strategy documents

Campaign Delivery & Project Management
  • Support Campaign Managers with the day-to-day coordination of campaigns

  • Help keep teams across the organisation on track to deliver campaign objectives

  • Assist with organising timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met


Campaign Development & Innovation
  • Contribute new ideas and creative approaches to campaign planning

  • Support the development of innovative digital campaign concepts and tactics


General Support
  • Provide general campaign and administrative support as required

  • Assist the team with additional tasks to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively


Skills & Experience

  • Some experience working in a digital, campaigning, communications, or advocacy environment

  • Understanding of digital campaigning techniques and platforms

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Desirable but not essential, previous hands on experience of working in digital, such as content creation, social media monitoring or organising of volunteers

  • Desirable but not essential, previous experience working with clients, in an account or project management capacity
