Role Summary

We’re looking for a friendly, organised and reliable Administrator to support the day-to-day running of the office and assist with general admin tasks. This role is ideal for someone early in their career looking to get into progressive politics, operations or within digital.

You’ll help with managing meeting schedules for the CEO, completing accurate data entry, and supporting the wider team with general office administration. Full training and support will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Diary & Meeting Support (CEO Support)
  • Help manage the CEO’s diary by booking meetings and arranging calls

  • Send calendar invitations and make sure the right people are included

  • Assist with meeting arrangements such as booking rooms and organising video calls

  • Help ensure the CEO has the right information ahead of meetings (agendas, documents, dial-in details)

Data Entry & Admin Support
  • Enter and update information on spreadsheets and internal systems

  • Keep documents and files organised and easy to find

  • Support with basic admin tasks such as formatting documents and updating trackers

  • Assist with producing simple summaries and reports when needed

General Office Administration
  • Support with ordering office supplies and keeping stock topped up

  • Help with answering general enquiries via email 

  • Assist with organising office processes and supporting the wider team

  • Carry out general administrative tasks as needed to help the office run smoothly


Skills & Experience

  • Some experience in an admin or office environment or within the hospitality sector is helpful, but not essential

  • Confident using email and basic computer systems

  • Comfortable using Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs) is helpful, but not essential

  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

  • Good communication skills and a professional, friendly manner

  • Able to manage tasks and stay organised in a busy environment

  • Calm and professional, even when things are busy

  • Discreet and respectful of confidential information

  • Interested in politics and digital, and eager to learn new skills
