About the role
We're looking for a Creators Senior Executive to join our Creators team.
This is a role for someone who already knows the creator industry, has existing creator relationships and wants to work on creator campaigns across the progressive space, shaping how organisations work with creators.
You'll lead delivery across a portfolio of commercial clients and partnerships, splitting your time between overseeing projects and rolling your sleeves up to deliver work directly alongside the wider team. You'll build strong relationships with creators and help shape how we work with creators as the industry grows.
What you'll do
Client & partnership delivery
Lead delivery for a portfolio of commercial clients and partnerships, acting as the main point of contact for creators and clients.
Coordinate with colleagues, manage timelines and make sure work is delivered to a high standard.
Balance overseeing projects with hands-on delivery, working closely with execs across the team.
Creator relationships
Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, understanding what matters to them and how they like to work.
Lead mapping and onboarding of creators for campaigns.
Be a trusted, senior point of contact for creators throughout their work with us.
Campaign delivery
Help shape creator campaign strategy for clients.
Oversee delivery from briefing to sign off, keeping quality and consistency high.
Contracts & negotiation
Negotiate rates, contracts and deliverables with creators, making sure terms are fair and clear on both sides.
Industry knowledge & advocacy
Champion fair pay, transparency and good practice across the creator industry.
Keep across trends, platforms and industry standards, and bring that knowledge into your work.
About you
You'll probably enjoy this role if you:
Have experience in the creator industry and existing creator relationships.
Care about making the creator industry a fairer, better place to work.

Communicate confidently and build trust quickly, with creators and clients alike.
Stay organised across several live projects at once.
Are comfortable overseeing others' work as well as delivering your own.
Know what makes good content and understands creator audiences.
An interest in progressive politics, campaigns or public affairs is essential, as our clients are progressive organisations.
Experience
A strong interest in political campaigns and strategy, and the role social media plays in shaping public opinion, is essential.
Experience shaping strong, clear written arguments is desirable but not essential.
Some experience in communications, social media or political campaigns is desirable but not essential.
Experience with creator or influencer campaigns is a plus but not required.
Familiarity with basic filming and editing tools (e.g. CapCut, Canva, Edits) is a plus, but training will be provided.
Familiarity with basic digital tools (e.g. social media platforms, Google Analytics, content management systems) is a plus but not required.
